Neal’s family and upbringing played a pivotal role in shaping his values, instilling in him an appreciation for hard work, gratitude for those who paved the way before him, and an effective use of his time, talent, and resources.
 
Initially, he aspired to pursue a career in construction management, and Neal enrolled in college following high school. However, he soon determined that a traditional academic path was not aligned with his strengths and interests. He had a strong proficiency in hands-on tasks, and a strong aptitude for mathematics and problem-solving, which prompted Neal to transition into the skilled trades, a field naturally suited to his abilities. Committed to continuous learning and improvement, he drew motivation from working alongside some of the best journeymen in the industry.
 
Upon attaining journeyman status within the sheet metal trade, Neal enthusiastically embraced opportunities in field work. This role enabled him to expand his expertise to encompass bakery equipment, dust collection systems, conveyor mechanisms, and more. The dynamic nature of field work required Neal to exercise quick decision-making, foresight, and adaptability, thereby strengthening his resilience and resourcefulness.
 
In establishing his new business, Neal leverages a solid foundation of family values and extensive practical experience. His early interest in construction was complemented by his dedication to the skilled trades, refined through his educational background and natural talents. Neal’s professional trajectory reflects his commitment to continual growth, adaptability in challenging situations, and the influence of mentors. With comprehensive knowledge spanning sheet metal fabrication, specialized equipment, and industrial systems, Neal is well-positioned to guide his new business with integrity and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
